ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: All orders will be acknowledged, processed and billed in accordance with information appearing on our acknowledgement.
ART WORK: Email artwork to lagifts@aol.com or mail black and white camera ready art to factory. For multi-color imprint, please supply color separated artwork.
FORMATS ACCEPTED: Illustrator AI, EPS, PDF, or CDR files. All fonts or images must be converted to LINEART (outline converted art). JPEG or TIF files cannot be accepted. For more information please contact the factory.
ARTWORK CHARGES: $50.00/g if artwork needs to be touched up, reconstracted or manipulated in any way such likes JPEG, TIF or Xerox, touch up charges will be incurred. Please contact factory for details.
TYPESETTING: Add $20.00/g.
LASER ENGRAVING: Price includes one location, one logo on alle ngravable items, add $60.00/g for setup. Exact repeat orders on any laser orders will not be charged for setup.
1) Additional Location/Running Charge: Add $45.00/g for setup. Add $0.75/g for runnign charge. $0.35/g for pens and keychains.
2) Personalization: To engrave individual names on each location (26 characters maximum), add $25.00/g setup and add $1.50/g per location runnig charge. A typewritten list must be supllied by distributor.
SCREEN IMPRINTING: Price includes one color, one position imprint. Add $45.00/g for setup. Add $35.00/g for repeat order setup. Add $36.00/g for each additional color setup and $0.35/g running charge.
PROOF: No charge for paper proofs. Add $60.00/g for laser engraed pre-production proof. Add $45.00/g for screen imprint pre-production proof. Plus the cost of the product. No changes can be made once approved.
STANDARD SERVICES: 2-3 weeks production time will begin after approval of credit, pre-production proof and or paper proof.
3-DAY SERVICE: Add $45.00/g for orders to be completed in 3 days from approval day of paper proof or pre-production proof.
CO-OP PROGRAMS: All items are available for co-op programs.
OVER/UNDERRUNS: Please acccept (+/-- 5%) quantity to complete order.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS: After first shipment, add $5.00/g for each additional location plus freight charge.
FOREIGN SHIPMENT: Add $6.00/g per location.
PACKING: Most items are packaged with gift box. Pens will be in poly bags.
SHIPPING: F.O.B. Californa. All shipments are shipped via-UPS unless otherwise specified.
OXIDATION: Available please contact factory.
EPOXY DOME: Setup $45.00/g plus $0.75/g run-charge per piece.
NEW CUSTOMERS: First time orders require a 50% deposit and credit reference information with the order to establish you in our system.
RETURN CHECK POLICY: There will be a $25.00/g service charge for all returned checks.

WARRANTY: All items carry a one year limited warranty from the date of shipment. Warrenty against
defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
